• Estimates and digital inspections with photos, approved by the customer in a few taps without signing in.

• Customer texts and emails: estimate links, approvals, invoices and pickup reminders.
• A phone app for technicians.

Sending email from your shop's Gmail

A shop can connect its own Gmail or Google Workspace address in Settings › Email. Ortix Aislo then sends the emails the shop sends to its customers from that address, so they come from the shop and appear in its Sent folder. Ortix Aislo asks Google only for permission to send email and to know the connected address. It never reads, searches, changes or deletes anything in the mailbox. The shop can disconnect at any time, which also removes Ortix Aislo's access at Google.
